ALWAYS SPIC-N-SPAN CLEANING

I had a few scheduling conflicts and had to reschedule more than once, but they were very polite and we were finally able to pin down a day. A young girl came out on time, I showed her around the house, then let her do her thing. She seemed to be working diligently, but come to find out, she was not doing a thorough job and had no attention to detail. We weren't there when she left because we had to run errands. When we returned, we found the house hadn't been swept, mopped, completely dusted, and was not near what we expected. We think she bailed before she was done. We were very displeased. She was a sweet girl, but must be in the wrong career field. I called and explained my experience and they were more than willing to make me happy. They immediately sent their best, most experienced employee out and she did a great job. She was very thorough, with a heightened attention to detail, and she was so sweet! I am very pleased and will certainly call them again.
