All My Sons Moving & Storage

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE IF YOU'RE IN PITTSBURGH!!! They are total garbage! Took my deposit and scheduled my move for Saturday. Called me the day before and asked to reschedule for sunday, ok no problem. Sunday morning they cancel because 2 people called off. Rescheduled for Monday. Called me Monday morning and canceled due to a driver calling off. The next available date was the following Sunday but I needed to be out on the tuesday prior. They didn't care about anything. DON'T USE THESE GARBAGE PEOPLE, ESPECIALLY IF YOU NEED TO BE MOVED BY A CERTAIN DAY. I'll be reaching out to the PA Attorney General's office as they didn't comply with their OWN contract. I gave them 1 star because I couldn't give them zero stars. Total garbage people!

With this company, the customer is always WRONG!! Absolutely the worst experience that I have ever had with a moving company. I made a deposit weeks in advance, and when trying to confirm when the movers would arrive, just days before, they tell me they have no record of my deposit ( which I can see went through just fine in my online banking app). Then, they will make no adjustments to their schedule to "fit us in", even though we only need them for a few hours. THEY WILL NOT EVEN REFUND MY DEPOSIT, EVEN THOUGH IT IS THEIR SYSTEM WHICH IS AT FAULT! Completely scam-y. Don't risk your move being messed up like mine.

Do NOT use this company if you have to move on time. On the day of my move I got a call at 2pm telling me they weren’t gonna make it. I set up another appointment for the next Saturday and was guaranteed they would be there first thing in the morning. That next Saturday same thing happened. I got a call around 1:30pm that they were not gonna make it. They said they would see about offering a discount for another day. Never called me back. When I tried calling them I was told Steve was not available but every other time I called he said as available.

We moved 3 miles away. We realized too late that they lost some of our boxes. We didn't think to count the number of boxes they were moving. And apparently, neither did they. They never found found our boxes. They were supposed to send us a claims form, but we never received it. The customer service for this business is terrible and not professional. They are incapable of doing their jobs and doing it well. There were items in those boxes that are not replaceable. Personalized gifts, etc. I trusted them with my belongings. Worst thing I've ever done. DO NOT use this company!
