They came to do an estimate. The contract I received was rather vague. I asked what was included specifically. They told me and I accepted their bid. They came to mark the lines. I added 2 additional trenches in the back-this was not on the contract. I wasn't able to be there when they did the work. They were not suppose to lay pipe in the back which they did. They didn't dig the holes to the depth I specified. Then, I had notified them I wasn't satisfied. I wasn't able to be there to sign off on the work when they were done. Once I notified them of my complaint, they came a couple weeks later. They came out and said that was what they were contracted to do. They asked my other concerns. He said I had nothing to worry about. I said, if you aren't going to make it right; I'm not going to pay you. They said they planned to take me to court. I did further research. On their website, they said they meet and exceed their customer satisfaction and will do anything necessary to make it right. I have called a few times and have not gotten a response. They took me to court. I felt that I was taken advantage of. The customer service did not seem to be their priority. I dealt with the gentleman who gave the estimate and oversaw the work. The work they did versus my documentation show I am right. Their main goal was to get paid and not how to make sure I was satisfied. The pipe they did install retained water and did not work properly.

They have to dig our drive ways for two hundred and fifty feet by hand because they could not get the back hoe up there and put the black stuff in between the shrubs.

We're going to get more work done by them in the next couple of weeks. It went very well. They're very professional, accommodating and timely. Overall, it was very pleasant experience.

Al came promptly and gave an estimate.  He said that the work could be done in 10 days (around July 4th holiday) .  The team came and very very professional.  They trimmed, edged, mulched and cleaned up all debris.  Definitely worth every penny.

I live in a condominium.  I do not hire them directly.  They work for all the condominiums.  They are a pretty big operation because I know they do around the shopping centers around here too.  They also do our winter treatment.  Compared to the other, this is our fourth contractor that we have had.  They are certainly the politest.  We had some very rude owners in the past.  I have spoken with this man personally and delightful and he has agreed to this summer to help me out with changing of some of the shrubs around my place.  I have to pay them individually for that.  I felt very comfortable with them.  I spoke with him and his son.  I feel confident working with them on my own.  We are allowed to have changes made to the property around our own place.  They also do snow removal.  Our whole property is private, so the township has come up here.  They come up and do our snow removal. I was not impressed with the snow removal.  I had two instances where they overlooked my place. Their landscaping part is excellent.  I called them for some extra work that I wanted them to do, they came back probably within a day.  I know which day they are going to be here and they do show up that day.  We will use them in the future.
