David Simon contacted us about 8 months after we initially closed on our house to let us know of s change in interest rates that could save us a substantial amount of money. He worked numbers and was able to save us over $200 a month with essentially the same terms as our original loan. He also gave advice on how to use money we were getting back to pay directly toward principle to reduce number of payments back down to where we were at with the original loan. He is saving us 10s of thousands of dollars over the life of the loan. Thanks so much

We had the pleasure of working with David Simon, and he was very honest with me when I first called him and told me what I needed to do to get my credit ready to qualify for a mortgage. A few months later I called David back and he checked to see how my credit looked at that time and was able to get me pre-approved for a mortgage. David kept me up to date on the entire process including what expenses to expect, what documents needed to be submitted and when, so the closing of our home was flawless. We had heard a lot about the pains of home buying before starting the process and were a bit nervous. However, our process ended up being completely painless, and we attribute that to David and his team. We were first time home buyers and he eased our minds by explaining every piece of the process to us. He and his team are extremely buttoned up and responsive. David was excellent to work with! He was very forthcoming with pertinent information and provided frequent updates as to the status of our mortgage. At points during the process we were speaking daily but at minimum we spoke once or twice a week just to touch base. I never felt like I was missing information. I would recommend David to anyone in need of a mortgage or other mortgage services and will definitely use him again in the future.

I have to highly recommend David Simon. He took every chance to explain every step of this process for me and my husband. He was very attentive and helpful when it came to all of my questions. David Simon and his team were excellent. Unlike other brokers I contacted he was upfront and honest, providing realistic expectations for our loan approval. I knew it would take some work to get our loan approved because I made a career change and went to straight commission but he saw the process through and it worked out. I would highly recommend him and AJM Mortgage to anyone looking to purchase or refinance a home.

Eli Bratich at AJM Mortgage made the home buying process easy and smooth. He made sure that I received the best possible rate and took advantage of available credits to lower my closing costs. Eli is very knowledgeable and was readily available throughout the process to answer questions and provide status updates. He communicated all documentation requests on a timely basis and always took initiative to research matters that came up along the way.
I also asked Eli to list my old house. It went on the market at the beginning of December, which is obviously a slow time, and it was under contract in 2 months! He clearly knows the market well as he provided sound advice on price and stimulated showings. He was there every step of the way and even went to home depot to get a quote to replace a door, which had been noted on the inspection report. I would highly recommend him as an agent if you are buying or selling.

It has been great working with David Simon. I have used him twice and he is currently helping us with a new home loan origination. When others tell you that you cannot get a loan call David and see if he can help. We were discouraged by other lenders but AJM has been great with low costs and excellent interest rates. The Mortgage process was new to me - and obviously there's a lot of paperwork that is required - AJM worked with me every step of the way and told me very clearly what documents I'd need to provide them.

My fiance and I had been searching, unsuccessfully, for a home for several months and had recently decided to start over from scratch. Our new Realtor eventually helped us find the perfect first home for our family, and suggested we use David Simon from AJM Mortgage, Inc. to broker our mortgage. The day we decided to submit an offer for our house was a Sunday, and David still made him self available, outside of normal business hours, to provide necessary paperwork and answer any questions. From that very first time we talked to him until the day we closed, David was professional and attentive, making sure we felt comfortable with taking this next big step in our new life together.

I cannot say enough good about my mortgage broker, David Simon, at AJM Mortgage. He is extremely knowledgeable, very responsive, and gets loans done very fast. He asks the right questions in the beginning so you can avoid problems in the mortgage process later on. He is basically a mortgage encyclopedia. (I like to know all the details...and he makes sure you do if you want to.) I never have had to worry that he was doing everything he could to get my loan through. I have used David several times for different mortgages and refinances and there have been many times when realtors are surprised at how fast he can get a loan done. Prior to finding David I had several bad experiences trying to get a loan. I don't think I am an easy person to work with (I am very demanding) and David has never made me feel like a bother. I have referred friends to David Simon and they have also had good experiences. I have also encountered a few odd requirements by lenders or difficult situations in the home purchasing process which David handled like a pro every time something came up. Can you tell I like my mortgage guy?

Overall, I do not believe AJM mortgage was any less pleasant than another company might have been. The process is unwieldy and complex.
More than once, we had to wait more than a week for feedback from AJM's Benjamin Yocca and then were rushed to turn in documents ASAP. I desired a greater sense of urgency on the part of AJM.
Months after getting settled in our new home, we received a direct marketing mailer from Benjamin Yocca offering his services. Is it common to require mortgage services months after approval?

This was the second time that my husband and I have used David Simon at AJM mortgage to refinance our mortgage loan. David's knowledge of the loan process made the process easy, something you don't hear often in todays world when it comes to obtaining a mortgage loan. He provided us with a detailed list of what the lender would need to approve our loan, simple. We collected the things on the list, he even picked them up at our home and in less than 30 days the loan was approved and ready to close. The closing was smooth and we got money back in addition to saving us a total of $400 per month through these refinances! amazing in these tough economic times.
David is very professional at all times, returns your calls promptly and provided accurate complete information that enabled us to make the right decision.
I recommend David and AJM Mortgage to everyone. I don't think there has been anyone that I have referred David to that didn't use him or was unhappy they did.
