It didn't go well. We had difficulty with them showing up when they said they would. When they did show up, I requested that we schedule it to all be done at once. They agreed to do that but when they showed up, they didn't work the full day. The stairs that they put in have warped so badly that we now have to call and have the work done again. I tried to call the same place and he initially scheduled to come out and see what was wrong with the stairs and then didn't show up and now won't take or return my calls. They came highly recommended to us which is why we used them and now we wish we hadn't. We are very displeased and would not recommend them.
