Mr. Sobien was always on time, and always gave me options which let me decide on my own mix of money and time spent. Some parts needed to be special-ordered or trimmed to size, and the door frames had to be retrofitted to an antiquated, existing structure. The work was done within the time promised, and was always affordable.

Excellent. Steve evaluated the house and determined that staining it would be the best course of action. He provided me with recommendations for the type of stain and suggested colors that would best match so that the newly stained house would match the best. The choice was up to me but I appreciated his recommendations and chose the type of stain and color he suggested. He power washed the house to prepare it for staining and then stained it, with attention to tiny details like the trim around the door and a visible cable that the cable company had previously routed along the side exterior of the house. The end result is beautiful. It looks like a brand new house.
