If I could rate this negative stars I would. This is an absolutely terrible place to rent from. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!! At first they were super nice. The place was nice. But in order to apply you had to put a deposit down first. So we had to go with this place or we would have lost out on a lot of money. During the time we were here multiple things were breaking. The door handles were rusted and my daughter closed the door and it wouldn't open! They were supposed to fix that over 6 months ago and still have not. When we signed the lease we paid first, last, and security. This is our last month and they are still making us pay rent this month even though we already paid (we will not be paying.) our bathroom is above the kitchen and one day I came downstairs to see the kitchen ceiling had caved in because of a water leak. There was a ton of mold everywhere. We have a young daughter and I'm currently expecting so this was very unsafe conditions. It took them 3 days for someone to stop the water from leaking and almost a month to do ****** patch work on it. You will never be able to get ahold of someone when you need it. I already know they will come up with some reason not to give me my security deposit back. Worst company I have ever delt with!
