Signs
I called several companies for estimates to manufacture and install a large sign for our retail store. TJ from Advance Sign met with me as scheduled (and on time). He was friendly, professional and obviously interested in helping us. He got back to me quickly with a drawing and a quote. Although I was concerned about using individual lighted letters because our building is old and uneven, TJ sent two trucks to come to check the curvature of our store front and told me he could do it. (It would have been easier for them to install a box sign, but it was obvious that TJ takes pride in his finished products.) He told me that they could manufacture the sign in 5-6 weeks. It was installed in less than 4 weeks and on one of those 90 degree days. His people were great. The price was exactly as quoted. And the sign looks fantastic. The next day I got an email from TJ asking me if I was happy and thanking me for my business!
