Mike was professional and so knowledgeable about trees, he really knew his stuff and took the time to explain some things to us about our trees. His price was a little higher than I expected, but I am very pleased with the results. They did a great job in taking the tree down, they were here just a few hours and they cleaned up the yard really well. I would certainly use them again. But a lesson learned is to take down trees in the winter or early spring before the tree guys get too busy - even Mike will tell you he can give you a better price then. I am glad I found such a great company the first time I used Angie's List. I would recommend Ace Tree to anyone looking for great service.

Mike was 1 of 7 services that I contacted.  He was the 1st to show up for an estimate, and updated me when he knew he was going to be running about 15-30 mins behind, due to a job he was on when I contacted him. Another tree service in the area didn't show up for the estimate that they promised they would be out for.  And others in the area did not return my call until after the job was already completed.   He and his crew were very polite, professional and efficient.  The job was completed in the time frame that Mike gave me when he showed up to give me an estimate. Actually it was completed sooner. Great customer service.

A large tree limb came down in our front yard during a storm. We called Ace Tree Service the following morning. Mike came out the same morning to cut up and remove the limb. He did a good job, stacked the wood neatly and cleaned up all the mess. He also trimmed another tree for me while he was there.
