The job was done quickly at the day and time agreed upon. Most remarkable of all, even though I agreed to pay $525, the final charge was only $400 because the job turned out to be "easier than anticipated". Never heard such a thing from a contractor before!

I think it was about $100 is all.

I use them. In fact I've got to call them up to use them again.

I called in the morning, and was happy to speak to Jerry and not get an answering machine.  I was able to get an appointment for that afternoon.  The work was done quickly and very reasonable.  He cleaned up completely when he was finished.  I could not be happier with the service I received. I plan on calling him for future repairs.  

It was enjoyable.  Such a pleasant gentlemen to work with.  He is very personable.  He is so professional and prompt.  He spots the issue and gets it done.

AWESOME!  I couldn't be happier.  I have had other companies come to my home and not fix my problem.  Gerald from Ace Plumbing did a great job.  He was my lowest bid and was extremely personable.  I felt comfortable hiring Gerald as soon as I met him.
Gerald came a day early to cut the asphalt.  He did a very neat job.  He then brought the pipe to my house later that evening.  The next day he came promptly when he said he would.  He actually started working while I was waiting for him.  I didn't even realize that he had started because he came immediately after he called.
The work took a few hours.  After putting in a new pipe, Gerald tried his best to put the dirt back the way it was.  My yard was left kind of lumpy but this was expected.  Gerald told me he'd rip up my yard and would not replace the grass, that would be up to me.  He didn't rip up the yard any more that would be expected from the work he did.
I still need to plant new grass and after the gravel settles around the spot on the driveway, I will also replace the asphalt.
I will definitely use Gerald from Ace Plumbing in the future.

We have been using him for over 6 years. He's very dependable, and flexible with his schedule for you. His prices are also very reasonable. He is always on time, and actually early.

This is the second time I used ace.  They are very nice, do a great job, and finish in a timely fashion.  Additionally, the pricing is really good.

The person who runs the company, a self proprietor, does good work, shows up on time and is really up front about costs. He gets the work done on time, on schedule and on budget.

It went well. He got done about an hour earlier than anticipated. After he changed the faucets he checked for leaks because he had to solder two of them. He found a leak and fixed it. He actually brought the faucet for the tub and shower because I could not find what I needed. It is really nice, it is brass and it will never break ever. It is better than one you would get from the larger stores. He also quoted me $600 but the price was cheaper.

He's a very nice guy, punctual, arrived on time. He was priced under another good estimate. He was very professional, did a little more work than planned and didn't charge extra. Didn't make a mess, was neat and clean and I'm rehiring him to redo some additional plumbing for me.
