Used Angies List deal. Turned out to just need a simple adjustment to the amount of force the opener was using. Accurate came the next day, quickly diagnosed the problem, lubricated all the hinges and slides, and tested it a few times. Works great ever since.

The owner answered my call,and responded quickly to assess,my,problem. He fixed the,problem but i was clearly in need of a new garage door.
