Absolute Win

Absolute Win did an excellent job remodeling our bathroom. They were prompt, courteous and reasonably priced. They did a great job of using the materials we chose to create a unified design. Russ has good instincts and made great suggestions on how to improve the aesthetics and design on a difficult remodel. They are excellent craftsmen and made a tough job look simple. The carpentry on the wainscoting was professionally done. The team cleaned up every day so we didn't feel like we were living in a construction zone. We trusted Russ and his team to perform some of the work while we were out of town and they even fed our turtle!

Absolute Win did a fantastic job of installing the luxury vinyl flooring that we provided. The work was professionally done and it transformed the room!

Absolute win did an excellent job of installing new glass block windows in the basement. Our home feels more secure and there is no draft through the new windows. They were neat and clean and even mopped the floor before they left.

We had some pretty bad winds on the 13th of February. It ripped off several rows of siding and the blue insulation board that goes under it. I called Absolute WIN on a family referral and couldn't have been happier. Russell, from Absolute WIN was able to give me an estimate based on my photos that I had sent to him and my insurance. He helped me work with the insurance company to get the job done right and get the best coverage. Because all of the work was outside, Russell came while I was working and completed the work in just a few hours on a very cold day. When I came home, the space between the houses was cleaned up and the only reason I could even tell he had been there was because of how great my siding looked! The whole process took LESS than THREE DAYS!!! I was especially happy with the text that I got from him after another night of high winds in the area a few weeks later, asking how the siding held up to the wind storms. It still looked spot on. I was so pleased, we started talking about remodeling my kitchen in the summer. I am actually excited to work with this company again in the future!

They were professional, agreeable, easy to reach and overall really nice. This is one of the best experiences I've ever had with contractors and they really saved my backside. Can't recommend them enough.

Russell and Absolute WIN were saviors. They came to my rescue after another contractor tore my porch apart and then left it (and my basement) exposed to the elements for 3 months. I will tell you all the details, but first, I just want to say, that after hiring Russell, the porch looked amazing after just a few days. He and his team are super efficient, very professional, and they do high quality construction and renovation at the highest level for a fair price. In short, Russell's team are master craftsmen. And, I just have to say, super nice. Russell knew, because he was working on a renovation at my neighbor's place, that I was in a bad situation with the old contractor. He witnessed the whole porch disaster. He also knew that it was particularly difficult for me because I was out of town while the construction was happening. He updated me regularly with photos of progress, brief narratives of what was going on, and any pertinent questions. Hopefully your construction situation does not come problems like the one I had. But, if you simply want to avoid any unprofessional, deceitful nonsense call Russell at Absolute WIN. They are awesome.

Excellent. This was a big job and Russell was honest, responsive, watched over the job. Always available. We were very pleased with his work. We wiil work with his company again.

My experience was very good. They were friendly, to the point, well organized, and seemed honest. I knew what I wanted done and they also gave suggestions. It turned out the way I liked it and they cleaned up any mess that they made.

They started in June so it has been 6 months or so. It took longer than we expected and it was more expensive but that is pretty much the way it is with construction. Russell was very reasonable and they did good work. I would recommend Darren because he does top notch work. He is a carpenter and he does incredible work. He became like part of the family. He kind of miss him. They were great. They did a great job. They ended up being expensive but they did a great job and we would work with them again if we were to do it over. The price was reasonable but it was more than we wanted. Whenever we really needed them, they were right there but it took a lot longer. They are still doing little things here and there and they are great.
