 + -1 moreThe chair lift itself works well and it is a blessing to have. I would order from this company again because the finished product and work is very good, and the price for all was very reasonable.
Description of Work: We needed a stair lift so my 95 year old father could more easily get to the shower. The work was originally scheduled for early June. The installer came and I checked to assure we were receiving what was ordered. I discovered at this point that the wrong stair lift had been delivered. The error was confirmed by the office; the manufacturer had sent the wrong order. They re-ordered the correct lift immediately. In the meantime, the installer had a medical emergency and installation was postponed until he was able to complete the work. Numerous phone messages were left for the rep during this time to check on the status, but it was difficult to get a return call. When I was finally able to speak with the owner, I was told about the medical emergency and he apologized profusely for the delay, offering to complete it himself if the installer was still unavailable. The lift was installed on July 23.
