AAA answered the phone right away. Jim made the appointment at my convenience for the same day. He was punctual and professional. The lock was replaced in 18 minutes, even though the old lock was archaic and painted to the door! Jim cleaned up before leaving. I paid with a check. Easy transaction. A bit pricey, but worth it for the professionalism and the quick turn around time. I would use this service again.

It went very well. He was on time and called to tell me when he would be here. He made me a new key and mde sure it worked several times. Great service! If you are in Pittsburgh and need a locksmith, this is your guy!

I called in the morning to set up an appointment to have my deadbolt serviced or replaced.  JIm was able to come the same day and was able to fix it without needing any parts.  He even filed down the place where dead bolt enters to make it easier to use.   His service was prompt and the problem was fixed quickly.

We purchased a used vehicle over the weekend and only received one car key. I called AAA Locksmith monday afternoon to see how much it would cost to have a duplicate key made for the car as the key contained an electronic chip therefore it could not be duplicated at the local hardware store. Mr. McNeely gave us a quote of $75 and we met him at Parkway Center Mall in Greentree where he made a duplicate key for the car that very same day. Mr. McNeely was very professional and offers the best price in town. If you need a duplicate car key I would highly recommend you give him a call. We have used him in the past and never had a problem with the keys he has made for us.
