We perform Home Inspections and Pest Inspections. We are ICC, FHA, and HUD certified or approved. Home Inspections are $299.00 up to 2000 square feet in Allegheny County. Pest Inspection $50.00 at time of home inspection. Small charge additional if outside Allegheny.

I was told everything worked. A few weeks after we moved in the air-conditioned blower motor went out. There was sediment in the water that was not noticed or reported. There are several things that slipped his inspection. He was great at answering my questions and making me feel like we would be taken care of. However, that wasn't the case. I really feel that the quality of his work and inspection is lacking something.
