The project went well. It was a small job, but John was very thorough and removed all of my hedges and the debris.

Most of what he had done had to be redone by another company. One small area he did was good, but where he planted grass was not growing. I called him back and he did come to put some more seed.
He was supposed to put dirt and seed in another hillside area, and he did not. When I told him he did didn't he started being rude and saying some rude things, which was embarrassing.
I called him back and left a message to tell him to just forget doing the work that I was going to find someone else.

Great. He did really nice work. He actually removed the old mulch before he put down the new mulch. Very professional.

I left a message and John returned my call the next day. We agreed on a date for him come by to give me an estimate. I agreed to his quote and he performed the work the next day. John was very experienced discussing options (including future work) and very easy to get along with.
