Description of Work: Bill did an excellent job tuning my yahama upright piano. He was punctual, friendly, and very knowledgeable about my piano. He also gave me some great tips about taking care of the piano. The price was very reasonable. I highly recommend him and will use him in the future.

Description of Work: I had Bill come out to tune a piano that we recently got (used) for my beginner daughter. He was very pleasant, and knowledgeable. He came on time and taught me about the issues with the piano, and was very honest and informative. We will be needing a new piano within the next two years... and I will go to Bill first before buying anything. He was top notch.
