Called Bill Glesner (owner) to tune our piano after several years without tuning. He tuned it carefully and professionally without any problems. We are very happy with the sound. Bill has tuned our piano several times, made small repairs and always done a friendly and professional job. Bill has a lifetime of experience rebuilding and repairing pianos not simply tuning them. He is also a great source to consult if you are buying or selling a used piano.

Bill answered my call promptly, set a date for the job, and arrived on time.  He tuned a piano that had been out of tune for years.  He was thorough and explained to me what he was doing.  The piano sounds great and I will continue to use his services.

Bill was right on time and very friendly and professional. Took the time to go over the piano with my wife and tell her about it and learned a few things we did know about it. Tightened screws and cleaned and tuned it up thoroughly. Also gave her some advice on how to fix the seat bottom.  At the end it sounded like a concert hall when he played even though this is not even a medium end piano.  Very thorough and professional and we will not hesitate to call him again. My daughter is thinking of getting a piano for her kids and he said if serious to call for guidance and the also knows people who want to sell theirs.  No pressure at all and just friendly. Price was more than reasonable.

We called him and left a message. He responded the next business day, and we had an appointment set up for a week later. Works was done, he was pleasant and knowledgeable, and that was that. Piano sounds great, and we'll definitely use him for future tunings.

Bill was quick to return my call and within a week was able to come and tune as well as repair our piano. He was very professional, prompt, knowledgeable, and reasonable.  After chatting with him, I realized he was the one, who years earlier, recommended a company to completely rework the inside of our piano and refinish the cabinet.  They did a wonderful job.  Bill was able to give me the year my piano was made and the history of the company.  I was impressed by his knowledge and expertise.  I found him to be very honest as well.  I had previous piano tuners who had overcharged and over exaggerated what needed to be done to repair keys.  I found this out when Bill simply used WD 40 to fix the same keys that I thought were fixed before.  Bill has been doing this his whole life and his experience is invaluable.  I will only have him work on my piano from now on.

Original appointment was Friday however some confusion from the both of us lead to a reschedule for the following Monday.  Bill was extremely courteous and was able to meet me at my house over lunch.  He knew every detail about our mid 1930's stencil piano.  He spoke of the model history and was even able to tell exactly who tuned it last from the initials from 1971!  Piano now sounds great and Bill did not take advantage of the fact I knew nothing about it.  Mentioned repairing the Bridle Straps may be considered but were still fine for our novice skill level which would be an easy sell from someone less honest.  Will absolutely use again.

Bill is very professional and has been in the business his whole life.  He was very flexible with his schedule and was very accommodating.  We had a few minor repairs that he was also able to fix at the same appointment while he was tuning.  He is very knowledgeable and was able to get our piano back into tip top shape.  We will use him again.

Excellent service. Prompt call back. Came once to look at piano and determine what parts he needed to bring then made another trip to finish reassembly and tune it. Would definitely use Bill again.
