They were prompt, professional and stuck to task. The price was reasonable. I asked them to do some additional work on site and they finished that promptly too for an additional price.

Overall, an acceptable, if not great experience.  Cleaning representative was generally unfriendly and rushed.

They came promptly to provide an estimate.  I called them back to schedule the work and they came in two days.  The two men who did the work were here all morning.  They were thorough and professional.  They did an excellent job.  My windows sparkled, and still do, even after a lot of rain. The gutters are running clear and not clogged.  I have only positive comments.  I'm very pleased and will use them from now on.  I happily used my 10% off Angie's List coupon and saved $40, another positive.

It went very well.  The two window cleaners arrived on time, did a thorough job of assessing the work, quoted a very reasonable price for the additional work (over and above the value of the coupon that we'd bought on Angies List) and got the job done quickly and efficiently.
We were extremely impressed with the politeness and professionalism of the cleaners, and the care they took of carpets, curtains, etc.  They did a great job and left no evidence of ladders, water, footprints etc in our house.
We'd definitely recommend them and plan to use them again the next time the windows need cleaning!

Jerry and associate came over in the morning to do estimate the day after I contacted him. Said they could do the work right then and proceeded to wash about 30 windows of various sizes immediately, for only $40! Had concentrated washing solution with them, and didn't need any hoses, water, etc. Justs squeegeed off their solution. Very fast, very effective. Superb job, and in my opinion an incredible value, considering the results. I hope to be able to use them again on a regular basis here. Very professional, and excellent work, done immediately, really. Couldn't ask for a better result, or for better service. Shocked, even. (Why did I put this off for so long?!)

They were very good.  The guy who came out initially he speaks a little too much.  I think they send the wrong guy to do the quote because he goes off on a tangent and talks about personal things when he should be speaking about business.  It is nice but it is a little too much and takes a lot of the customers’ time.  But the people who came out on a different day was fantastic.  They did great work.  They would do better and people would call them back to do more work if they would send a different representative out.  I think it is the owner’s son that comes out and I think he is a little disgruntled.  So it is best for the owner to reconsider whom he is sending out.  They would increase their business if they would send a more professional, less family interested person.  As for their quality of their work they could have taken more time with the back windows.  The owner has some quality guys and he is losing them since the best one of them is leaving to do his Masters in Cleveland.

I bought a coupon online on Angie's list for 20 windows and they responded very quickly to set up a date.  The crew arrived on time and were very professional in their work.  I am happy with the results and will use them again.

They did a great job cleaning the windows -- they were quick and the windows never looked so clean! They also offered to clean the gutters and gave us a good price, so we decided to have them do that at the same time. We'd definitely use them next time.

The first time they came in October they arrived on time and did a good job .. I did see a few smudges that I wiped off after the workers left.  They called to schedule an appointment in April.. I set the appointment up and the company never showed up or called to say they could not make it.  In my mind this was VERY unprofessional.  As my husband and I were on the fence as to wether or not having the windows cleaned was worth a hundred dollars we decided that this company was not worth calling back to find out what happened or to schedule for another day.
