We emailed mid June and didn't get a response. We gave the benefit of the doubt that maybe email hadn't gone through so my husband called approx June 22. We were told that he would come out Monday, June 26 but not a time. We stayed home all day and they never showed up. My husband called and left a message the next day and we never got a call back even to this day-July 15.

I scheduled a Sunday pickup a good month in advance via their online booking system. I called them the Wednesday before to confirm and a woman answered and confirmed my appointment. Come Sunday, they were a no-show. No calls, emails...nothing. I tried to call them several times and got voicemail with a full mailbox. Tried to find additional contact information via Linked In for owner. Information states he hasn't been with this company since last February. Luckily I was able to get 1800GOTJUNK to come out and rescue me so I'm going to give them a great big "A' review.

Removal was pretty good. Took them 2 trips because they already had stuff in the truck when they came. BUT, they unplugged my freezer without asking or telling me, and forgot to plug it back in. I discovered it 2 days later. They kept passing me back and forth on the phone, and have never resolved the more than $250 loss of food in my freezer!

He only took one thing and it cost more than $50 but I appreciate having the break. He came and he hauled it out. He was very professional. If he had been willing to take another small item that would have been helpful but I couldn't believe how much hauling cost.
