The work was completed in a timely manner and we are very satisfied with the results.  The roof is no longer leaking at the chimneys.

Stay away from them. I only worked with George so I am not sure how the other brothers conduct business but George will take advantage of you, especially older people as I have seen a few reviews on other sites where this happened to other elderly people.  He uses high pressure selling points (black mold, deal of the day, leak will get worse, my dad put on your roof etc...) so if you are a trusting person, you will get ripped off.  They sold my parents a roof tune up for $840.00 (it started at $1,180, then $1,080, then $880, then 840).  The final price was about $600 dollars overpriced for what they did.  I contacted George in an attempt to get some of their money back.  He bluntly said he was not coming down in price or giving them money back and said $400 of the price was his warranty for one year. They had 13 tabs (shingles) and 3 penetrations caulked with roofing cement.  And 2 pop rivets added to their down pipes. 1 guy on the roof for 50 minutes for $840.00??!!!  Thank goodness my parents paid most of this with a check which they placed a stop payment on the next day.  Roofers should be taking pictures of how your roof looks and then pictures of what they did so you can see the work performed; otherwise, unless you go up on the roof, you don't know. They did none of this, nothing written, just a 50 minutes (in the rain) caulk and grab the money deal.  After we stopped payment on the bulk of the payment, I was threatened by George and called bit**, c*nt and a slew of other names on the phone.  Really.  He swore at me like he was drunk in a bar.  He said he was going to their home and up on the roof to take off the caulking and rivets.  I told him he was not allowed on their property to which I was again called a litany of names. I called the police to warn them this contractor was terrorizing me and had made threats to go to my parents home. The police stood on standby that day.  It is unfortunate that this occurred.  The father was the one that originally put on my parents roof 22 years earlier and whom they respected (George Sr is now deceased).  However, there is no way I or my parents would do business with any part of the Zubasic family again. I welcome anyone that would like more information to contact me so this won't happen to another person.
