Pretty decent overall experience with these guys.  I initially received a lower estimate over the phone based on the number of windows and approximate size.  After they came out to look at it, they had to increase their estimate somewhat due to the larger rough openings than they had thought.  I was still fine with the new estimate and they started the work that same day.  From start to finish was just a few hours.   They did leave a bit of a mess from their mortar mix, but nothing too bad, and they also left it up to me to discard pieces of the old windows.  Again, nothing unreasonable.  I would go to these guys again for glass block work.

I haven’t needed him since the last time I used him but he did a fine job. The price was reasonable. As I recall, the fellow that recommended him said that it was sort of his specialty and he could put them in and be in and out faster than the contractor could do it. He knocked out the old glass windows, took out the frame and put in the glass blocks with little vent windows in an astonishingly short time. I was quite impressed with his speed and clean up afterwards. There was no fuss and no mess.

They were professional and the workmanship was great -- they are still in perfect condition three years later!

The only glich was the initial appointment was cancelled by him and had to be re-scheduled.  The work was performed quickly and professionally at a fair price.  He and his helper removed the old wood window and cleaned up afterwards.  I was very pleased with the service and would not hesitate to use them again. 

They were punctual and did their job very well. I was particularly pleased that they built the windows using individual glass blocks with real mortar.

Scheduled an appointment at the beginning of October for on the 27th. They were to arrive between 8:30 and 9:00 am. I get a phone call after 9:00 am saying they were running behind schedule and would arrive around 11:00 am. How can you be behind schedule with an 8:30 am appointment? They arrive at 11:45 am and don't have the glassblock pattern I wanted but showed me another pattern which I liked. I agreed to have this pattern installed. They installed the window and it looked like this was the first window they ever installed. They set the window farther back then the original window which left old motar on the brick work, they did this without first asking, the joints between the block are different widths, the mortar quantity varies between the joints, the outside motar work on one side looks like they didn't even attempt to finish it, and one block even has an area where there is no mortar. They left a mess on the outside and in the garage. ( Excess mortar, broken glass & cigarette butts. ) There were so many "red flags" even before they started the installation that I should not have used this company. I would not recommened this company.

Company set appt within a week, came out and confirmed estimate. There were two guys - who worked quickly. The job was done in a matter of a couple hours. Area was cleaned up and new windows looked great. Wanted to replace a third window but it wasn't a standard size, so we will do another time.

He was fast at removing the old windows and putting the new ones in. He was clean and credible. He had a fair price. He came when he said he would and was done before I thought he could possibly be! Everything was cleaned up. I would recommend him and I would use him again if I needed.

FOUND BOB IN THE LOCAL PENNYSAVER. HE DID EXCELLENT WORK, CLEANED UP AFTER HIMSELF. HAD GREAT HELP WITH HIM. HE WAS HONEST. HE CAME OUT, DID HIS WORK, TOLD ME IF I HAD ANY PROBLEMS TO CALL HIM, THEN LEFT. I NEVER HAD TO CALL HIM. HE DID GREAT WORK.
