They came out and put in water softener. We Very happy with results.

They arrived as agreed, came in and refilled the acid neutralizer tank. All went well.

I am completely satisfied with the installation. It was finished in a timely manner by the crew and the new piping arrangement was perfect. I also called, before the scheduled appointment, to ask that the tank match the blue of the pressure tank- all good.

They did a great job.

I had been getting blue stains in the far bathroom. We have had a standard water softener in our home for years and were initially advised that that was all we needed. The blue stains persisted and we called in H2O base based on a recommendation from our neighbor. They tested our water and advised that we need the neutralizer to counter the iron in the water. I got their estimate and then called another provider from NJ who I had used to get another quote on price. The H2O base was $100 cheaper and local and so I went with them. They were very good and did all the plumbing necessary to hook in their additional unit. Their system works fine and they have been back to check on it and provide the periodic service needed as the chemicals need to be added. I recommend their work.

I was referred to Bill by a friend who had used him before. He was able to come out within 48 hours, and as opposed to two plumbers that visited my home, he was able to simply replace a controller for about $130 to get my unit restarted. He was very honest, quick, and got the job done right. About a month later I called to ask a question about the salt usage of the unit and he gave me a call back within 24 hours with the answer to my question.
