Chris was originally referred to me by a neighbor. I called him for a FREE estimate. I described my needs and concerns and he explained the best way to address them. He provided an estimate of the cost and schedule for the work and he was right on with both. During his work Chris was happy to answer my questions and discuss my ideas. He started on time and completed the job on time.
Chris has a friendly nature and a good sense of humor. He was respectful and careful throughout the job. If I left something in the way he simply moved it carefully without complaint and replaced it when he was finished. I paid him upon completion and have never had a problem with the work he performed.
What could be better than hiring a responsible, local electrician who is NOT out to "burn" the customer? I expect to continue this relationship as long as Chris is available and recommend him whenever I get the opportunity.
I appreciate the opportunity to share my experiences with your members. We need to support good contractors like Chris and avoid the poor examples who are as arrogant as they are sloppy and unprofessional.
