Well done. Would use service again.

They only supplied me with 1/2 of the requested oil due to the broken whistle. I was asked to call and schedule another date to fix the whistle issue which was initially not a problem. I asked them HOLD the the check (oil delivery amount) until the other work had been completed (which took a little under a week due to the process). Everything would have worked out fine if they had not cashed the check like I requested. It cost me $70 in bank all in and they could only credit me $20 out of the $70. That said they do have good customer service and usually a decent rate per gallon of oil delivered.

Called and spoke with Melissa, who was very professional and courteous.  Explained all of my options clearly, along with costs for COD and prepaid.  Delivery was scheduled and prompt.  Prices were the best of all of the providers that I contacted.

I called on Monday to request a fill up for my oil tank.  They called me right back and I got a delivery the next morning.  The best is that you aren't dealing with a huge company; you deal with the owners who are very personable.  I will use them again.  

They had more competitive pricing. They are great so far! They are super nice.

I called Central Bucks Oil this past Saturday and "Melissa answered the phone", no machine, a person, a very nice person. I needed an oil delivery and since prices are down this year I wanted to take advantage of the pricing, I burn cordwood so oil is a back up, I did not need a delivery last year at all. Melissa quoted me a price and I told her I would call back. I called 4 other providers, 3 answered and 1 was an answering machine. Central Bucks Oil had the best price so I called Melissa back, again she answered and I am happy to write this is truly a family business and she made me feel that l was the most important customer she could speak to that day. We arranged delivery, she told me my delivery person was "Mike" and arranged payment. Delivery was on time. I would without hesitation recommend to family, friends and neighbors to call Melissa at Central Bucks Oil.

They delivered oil after a storm and climbed under a downed tree and some wires that had been pulled off the house. I didn't think they would be able to deliver it that day but was so impressed that they went to such lengths to make sure I didn't run out of oil.

Melissa and her husband run an amazing company with outstanding customer service.  My wife and I purchased a new home in there service area and upon final inspection prior to moving in we discovered the oil tank to be on "E".  I called there office at 1:30pm and by 5:30 they were onsite filling the tank.  Did i mention how honest they are?  Most companies would of charged a higher rate or an emergency fee, Melissa already had a delivery scheduled down the road from my house and squeezed us in with no additional fees.   Kudos to you and your husband for the hard work you provide to exceed your customers expectations 100% of the time.

Great service, prompt, best price.  Small town feel and service at much less cost that the big companies that also want to push annual maintenance programs and other add on costs.  Will definitely use them again.
