Brian and his team came into our 40 plus year old house ready to work as scheduled.  We had decided on a special, six-species mix of South American wood that is part of regeneration initiative.  The wood is absolutely amazing.  The custom wood and mixing of species was all coordinated by Brian and team.  We simply outlined what look we were aiming to get.  Brian's team began preparation and quickly identified a few issues that they recommended we fix to get the most out of our new flooring.  They adapted their schedule and found a way to get 2 extra days of work on our job without pushing off other customers, which I thought was terrific.  The legacy construction of our house posed several challenges lacking straight wall lines for trim and sub-flooring improperly installed by the original builder to name a few.  Also, we through a few changes in the middle of the work with the removal of a wall and introducing of a custom tile landing area inside the front door.  Brian adapted quickly to the many changes.  This was the first home improvement project of significance for us.  He went out of his way to make sure we did not regret it.  The results look fantastic and make us feel like a brand new space in our home.
