About us

TRD Construction Company, LLC is a full service home remodeling company operating out of Phoenixville Pennsylvania. Our approach to construction is carefully listening to our clients, making suggestions as needed, and then communicating their construction needs and ideas back to them in the form of carefully thought out written quotes and drawings. When a quote is accepted, each job is personally managed by Tim Dieckhaus where he takes the time to walk clients through the construction process from beginning to end. Outstanding. Tim and brother Greg were a joy to have around; Tim took responsibility for having the job done right, on budget, on time, and making helpful suggestions. This was not cheap replacement windows, but full, new construction replacement. We love the way the Marvin wood Ultrex window looks and performs. I'm sure TRD will be back.

Overall I would say it's a small business so it's the owner and his brother that do the work and they're very reliable and honest. I don't feel as if the owner sells you more than you need and when he can fix something, he'd rather fix it than replace it and he was the one who identified that we needed the stucco remediation done and he invested interest in that. We've been using him for a while and I feel like what stands out was that we like having him in our house, he's honest, he's prompt, he cleans up  and does good quality work.
