They did oil change on my new Lexus, after oil change didn't tighten up filter correctly and oil was leaking. Realized it few days after when car was in garage and when I removed car noticed a oil puddle.
They fixed issue with no cost but wasn't happy that they didn't do job right in first place.

I was at Tires Plus about a month ago. Their prices are reasonable. They are better than the dealer. When it's something simple I just go to them instead of the dealer. They have convenient hours. They are open a little bit later during the week and also Saturday and Sunday hours. They are close to us. Often times we will drop the vehicle off and let them keep it and a few hours later they will call us back and tell us it's done. The people are fine, knowledgable and friendly.

I know exactly when we bought the tires and the man went out of his way to order special tires for us and gave us the best possible deal. They were very good. They suggested the ones which were better for comfort and long life and they went out of their way to do that and get us the new tires from another location. . I would say he gave us the best tires for the best value as well as safety of our vehicle.
