To say we are happy with the work Greg and his crew did would be the understatement of the year. The floor looks absolutely incredible, and the professionalism that the entire crew showed is unmatched. Friendly, punctual, thorough, expert craftsmanship..just a few ways to describe them. If you are having floors done, or any tile work done for that matter, don't waste your time getting other quotes, these are the guys you need to do the job. We already have a new project in the works and our first and only call will be to Greg at Tile Designz. And also just to add, these guys all grew up in the Philadelphia Suburbs, and raised their families here as well. And to be clear, I had never met them before Day 1 of our project. They are local guys who know what it takes to get the job done, and get the job done RIGHT!

We have worked with many contractors over the years, and found Greg and his assistant to be, hands down, the most professional, honest, hardworking and meticulous workers we have ever dealt with. He was flexible working with the other trades on the job, always punctual, and cleaned up fully and completely at the end of every day of the five it took to complete our project. He worked very well with us in laying out and finalizing the designs for all of the spaces involved. We were very happy with the results, and highly recommend Tile Dezigns!

Punctual, dependable, honest, neat and clean and a great job. I have done a fair amount of subcontracting over the years and would definitely recommend Greg for any tile job you might be considering. he stays on the job until it is finished, doesn't skip around and communicates perfectly. You simply can not expect more in a sub. Do this stuff long enough or often enough and you recognize the value of a good sub like Tile Dezigns.

It went great. Greg is a true professional. He calls you back and shows up on time. He has a pleasant attitude and is a hard meticulous worker. I can't say enough good things about him and I recommend him to everyone. I highly recommend him.

We were very pleased with his work, he made an effort to keep walk ways open for us since our kitchen is the walkway to the other half of our house including the main bathroom. We had him purchase the floor transitions between rooms for us but he did not charge us because we spent the extra time moving the appliances out of the room for him. $60 savings. The only thing we did not like about our experience was that he kept switching the start date on us. We had originally agreed on a 10/22/12 start. He called back a few days after we made this plan and asked us if he could start on 10/15 instead. We agreed. He then called back and asked us if we could switch it back to the week of 10/22 due to a personal conflict. We agreed. We then got a call on 10/18 letting us know he wouldn't be able to start until Wed 10/24. Luckily he finished 1 day early so we didn't have the added inconvenience of not being able to readily use our kitchen over the weekend. All in all it was a pleasant experience and he did a great job after all was said and done

Everything went perfectly and I cannot recommend Greg highly enough. He provided us with an estimate on a Monday, and his availability worked out to start the job just a few days later. He was extremely punctual when providing his estimate and performing the work. When providing the estimate, he also consulted with us on the best place to buy the tile, what would look good, and other things to think about. He brought a lot of experience and expertise to the entire process.
When performing the job, Greg was very clear with what would happen when, he exceeded expectations on timeliness, quality of work, professionalism, the list goes on and on. He also cleaned up every day after performing the job, and when completely done, made sure everything was done to our satisfaction and everything had been cleaned to its original state. We could not be happier with the work Greg did for us, at the price, and would not only use him again, but will recommend him to friends and family. A+

Overall the kitchen backsplash has turned out be excellent.

It went really well and we were very pleased with his service. His name was Gregory Rosenbaum and I got his name from Angie's List. He was wonderful and we were very pleased with his work. We were having a real hard time trying to get somebody to do this work for us, and we got him. He was very quick to come out and look at it and very quick to come back and do the service for us. We were very pleased with him. Everything about his service was wonderful.

Greg installed the historic brick tile that I choose into my front room/office. The historic bricks were sliced into tile and are an unusual product. Greg was really terrific about dealing with something new and a bit odd. He contacted the manufacturer when he had questions. Greg laid a beautiful herring bone pattern and had excellent suggestions for dealing with the edge and step in the room. The floor is just beautiful and Greg was a pleasure to work with.

This was an amazing experience. Working with a friend who was equally pleasant, he did what he said he would do and the job unfolded over 5 days in a row. On Monday they moved out the large furniture that I could not move, form my breakfast room and tore up the old floor, removed all the debris and left me a clean naked floor on Monday night. On Tuesday they laid the underboard down on about 90% of the job. Finished laying down the underfloor on Wednesday and laid out the options for tile array. Then they began that work on Thursday and finished it on Friday. Quiet, courteous, non disruptive and delightful. I am very impressed w ith Tile Dezigns and Gregory Rosenbaum the craftsman who owns it!

A high quality craftsman with a fair price who showed up as promised. Delivered the finished job to our great satisfaction, was courteous, pleasant and intelligent in explaining my options and the little problems that were inevitable with such a major job. I think anyone who hires him will be fortunate to have found him.

Greg was very responsive and even called to ask if we were ready for him to do the work almost 2 months ahead of schedule (and on a holiday weekend!). He completed the tile work in 2 days and it looks perfect. Since it was short notice and a holiday weekend, we couldn't get our usual plumber to come, but Greg was able to get a plumber he trusted to help us hook up the sink and toilet afterward (who also had a very reasonable rate). I wouldn't hesitate to call Tile Dezigns again or recommend Greg to others.

He was phenomenal. He was cordial and professional. I think the price was fine for what he did. I would absolutely use him again.

Greg did a fabulous job. He responded promptly to my calls, and arrived when promised. He completed the job in the time estimated. The whole project took 3 days. The first day was all preparation, including clearing out the basement and leveling the floor. He took great care in moving our belongings, especially our piano. We allowed him to work alone in our house and had no concerns whatsoever. Greg is a hard working individual who is honest and tries to accomodate every need. Our tile floor looks great! He kept the work area clean. We would definately use him again.

Perfect, everything a company working in your house should be. Best experience ever! Punctual, showed up for initial appointments to quote job as promised and started job when agreed. Greg sealed the area with plastic to contain dust, showed up every morning at the the same time, 7:45am, and left around 5:00 pm.Greg and John (other person he worked with) were very careful to not damage kitchen cabinets, granite and wood counter tops. Greg updated us on work every step of the way, and took the time to explain and ask questions about finishing touches. I missed removing washer and dryer the day Greg and John arrived but they took care of it without any problem whatsoever. On the same token, they finished that area first so we could re-install them and be able to make use of the kitchen and dishwasher, very accomodating. We requested to use the Ditra underlayment product and Greg was the only tile contractor that was able to speak of it, had experience with it and capable to install it. (Other quoted proposals were not clear on what it was, and/or even tried to charge more for it). Craftmanship of the work is superb, just amazing and well thoughtout. You can tell there's a lot of experience behind the work they do. I'll be calling Greg again to do our bathrooms for sure!

Greg returned my calls promptly. He gave us advice on the type and source for the tile and picked up the tile from our supplier. He was always on time, courteous and professional. His attention to detail was outstanding. Could not have asked for better.

Greg did a fantastic job. He provided a competitive price for the job. He was very professional, timely and helpful. The floor is gorgeous. I couldn't be more pleased. He offered good advice and solutions to the issues that came up (as they do in an old home). I had chosen an unusual material (thin sliced historic brick) to work with and he took all the odd aspects of working with this material in stride.

Greg did the work himself with one helper. He arrived on time as scheduled and lost no time in getting started. I had prepared drawings of the layout for the tile, however he called frequently to ask questions or discuss items of concern. They were diligent in their work, cleaned up at the end of the day, and removed and hauled away the cut-off pieces of tile. Greg is very focussed, but did not compromise good workmanship for the sake of speed. I had made a couple of requests on how I wished to have the work done, and he was agreeable without argument. At the same time, I did not interfere with his methods. The men used appropriate measures to protect the walls around the tile saw. The entire project lasted a little over two weeks, and they worked consistently to the extent that some steps required time to set before the next step could begin.

They did an excellent job and I was pleased with the service. They were on time answered all of our questions.

Greg is a fantastic find! He showed up every morning at 7:30 a.m and worked his butt off the entire day. Every night we came home to a clean house as Greg was very thorough in keeping the project area clean when he left. We had a slight delay in the project due to issues with a tile heating system installed under the floor.(We were waiting for another contractor to install the system). Throughout this process Greg was patient and stayed in touch daily. Overall his work product was fantastic, his work effort was fantastic and, most importantly, he is someone that you can count on to show up and get the project done in a timely manner. I am hesitant to give such rave reviews because we want to use him again but Greg deserves the accolades and the business. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

He was very patient and he worked with us to come up with a design for our floor. He got samples for us before he did the job. He was impeccable on the job site and he never left anything laying around. He also addressed and resolved any of my complaints.

It was a very good experience. They were very courteous and responsive. I would definitely use them again.

This job involved installing floor tile in a diagonal pattern on a small bathroom floor. I selected Greg because he was willing to install over the existing tile, which saved me significant money. Greg did an outstanding job. No imperfections whatsoever. He was able to complete the work quickly. He showed up on time both days and left the house as clean as he found it. I plan to use Grag again when I remodel my kitchen and master bathroom.

Gregory Rosenbaum is a very pleasant and polite young man. He returns phone calls promptly, arrives when he is supposed to and is very neat and professional. He communicated very well about all of the things that I needed to decide like grout color, layout of tile and the size of floor desired. His work is very good and he is easy to have working in the house.
