PUROCLEAN DISASTER RESTORATION

They were recommended by my insurance company to treat mold in my garage. They gave me a quote 6 different times over the course of the year verbally, digitally, and on paper. They arrived the day the work was to begin, at which point they doubled the price on me. I had a tenant living above where the work was to be done, and had already had them move out for the process. I was between a rock and a hard place. The project manager, Tom Malarky, told me that he would pull his crew unless I signed a contract for double the pricing. This furiates me because three different people had seen the original estimate, complete with measurements and pictures. They basically did a bait and switch. Given the circumstances, I signed the contract. They never completed the job! They had to move my belongings out of the garage; washer and dryer, antiques, fountains, light fixtures, etc., outside to be treated. The normal procedure for this is to have a POD onsite to hold them in. Instead they simply left them outside covered by a sheet of plastic, with a weeks worth of storms coming. They never came back to move them in, and now they are all ruined. They even left some of their own equipment! Needless to say, I am now suing this company. They are a disaster on every level.

They were awful. Their services was so bad. They damaged the furniture inside the house. They caused complications that took months to resolve. We paid the insurance but they did a very lousy job. It's horrible, my whole house was damaged by the fire. The men who came were actually not harmed in the fire but they ruined the dining room. I can't say any good about them. They didn't actually do a good job or complete the work like they were supposed to. I wouldn't recommend them at all.
