all telephone contact was good but promised delivery times were not reliable.  Information given proved to be incorrect--such as placement possibilities for the pod.  POD delivery in Austin was confirmed three times in telephone calls and when we went to access the contents the POD was not there.  Apparently delivery is contracted out without a reliable way to insure that what is supposed to happen has happened.  Also, POD cannot be delivered and removed on the same day so we were not able to have the delivery to our new apartment.  Pick up was in PA--delivery finally to Round Rock POD Access Area in Texas.
