It went very well. The service was convenient and the unit was clean. Unfortunately, the permit that I had to purchase for the unit was quite expensive.

I was having my kitchen remodeled and needed a place to store the new cabinets and appliances as they came in. I checked around and PODS seemed to have the best deal. I went on line to get a quote for the size I needed but the small size was not available on the date I needed it. I decided to call the 800 number anyway. This was the national number for PODS. The person I talked to was very friendly and said he could have the size I needed delivered on the day I needed it with no problem. I made the arrangements over the phone. Before my delivery date I received a phone call giving me the deliver window. On the date in question they showed up right on time with the right size unit. They placed the unit exactly where I wanted it.When I didn't need the unit any longer I called for removal and they were there early in the morning and picked up the unit with no problem. When I had gone on line to check my account, it appeared that I owed a months rental. I paid by credit card. When I called for the removal date the girl I spoke to checked my account and said I overpaid and credited my card immediately. The PODS unit was exactly what I needed and everything went perfectly.

It was a very good experience. They were prompt, professional, and efficient. Their was minor damages to my belongings. However, I packed the unit myself and they transported my belongings to Washington for me. I was very satisfied with their work and would recommend them to anyone.
