 + -1 moreMark Harris did the LED installation for us. He is very attentive and a communicator. All of his work was excellent. The pricing was competitive. He is friendly and easy to work with.
Description of Work: I used New Wave Audio & Video LLC for LED installation. He put up a 50 inch screen TV, front surround speakers, subwoofers, double channel speakers and navy receivers.

 + -1 moreMarc was extremely professional and responsive from the beginning. He came to our home to check out the space and make recommendations based on our specific needs. Once we received the initial quote, we decided to take a phased approach to the installation. He responded to all e-mails within 24 hours (usually more quickly) and was on time on installation day. He even stopped by the next day to see if we had any questions or problems once we started using the system. The workmanship was excellent as was the customer service. We will definitely use Marc for our future AV needs.
Description of Work: Installed 50" flat screen plasma television, receiver, and 3 speakers above fireplace with cabling run behind wall.
