It went great! Jason Morris was very professional and easy to work with. The work was done in a timely manner and they even removed and "put back" my clothes in the closet to get to the attic. Cleaned everything up, better than it was. I would recommend Mold Abatement Contractors, Inc to anyone who has this problem. Great Job!!!

The guys did a great job. I was selling this property, and I hired MAC to perform mold remediation requested by the buyer. They removed all existing insulation, cleaned all the floor joists and encapsulated them to prevent re-growth. The crawl space was very dirty and dusty and difficult to work in. I've had several contractors (plumbers, electricians) bail on me or grossly overcharge me because they didn't want to work down there. Jason and his guys didn't complain at all and did a great job. The price was very good compared to other contractors and my calls were always returned in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Responded to our voicemail immediately, worked with our schedule, arrived on time, professional demeanor, extensive and meticulous inspection. Although no mold was found, willing to answer all of our questions about preventive maintenance. Efficient billing process. Highly recommend. Call any mold inspector you want, but call Jason Morris first.

It was horrific- i find it very interesting that there is a review submitted during which this contractor was to have been at MY home finishing MY job. Guess that is the job he stole his equipment from my house to complete. I see that I am not the only one that he defrauded. To the other reviewer- Please contact me if you would like- you are not alone. I could write a book on what happened or did not happen at my house. To sum it up it was nothing short of a con artist .. who promised a job that he never delivered on. He promised to complete and instead has posted all over the internet trying to defame my character. Also beware he is good friends with the consultant he often uses to clear his jobs..he paid this guy directly which I have come to find out is a conflict of interest. The previous owner was jailed after he was investigated by the EPA. I wish i never allowed this company into my home. I lost all my personal items because they were contaminated with mold/lead and asbestos.
All his customers who write bad reviews cant be nutz.. now can we?

No stars- home left a complete disaster. Took three times as long on site hanging out on the upper floors goofing around. Remediation controls were not set up leaving the home full of environmental hazards. One of their subs even left the gas on for over 7 hours due to unsafe work practices. Beware he offers incentives to friends to write favorable reviews online. In response to Mr. Morris- everything he states is false and possibly libelous statements. The EPA in fact is still investigating this matter. The job is not 99% complete and still indeed unfinished...and was never cleared for re-occupancy despite him paying off the consultant directly. Mr Morris refused to remedy his work and walked off the job making many threats. He falsified his qualifications on his linkedin profile as well. This companies former owner was jailed for falsifying reports.

He went into my attic, which was one of the areas where mold had developed after poor roofing jobs. While in the attic he stepped through the floor and left a hole in the dining room ceiling. He promised to send someone to repair the damage. I made several attempts to contact him, and left several messages but never heard from him again.
