Our hot water heater failed to function on the morning the huge storm was on it's way. Matt came within an hour, as promised. He got the water heater working quickly. He then explained in detail what had gone wrong and taught us how to restart it should the problem recur. He also took the time to show us a couple features on the unit that will help us conserve energy. We will call Matt with our plumbing problems in the future.
