Jim was very helpful. He did all of the work himself, talked me through what he was doing, and gave me an honest assessment of the options and potential risk of repairing an older furnace versus replacing it. Based on his assessment of the overall condition of the furnace, we ultimately decided to repair the furnace by getting a new circuit board (an expensive piece for this particular model of furnace). Jim's price was significantly cheaper than what I was quoted by other companies, and he stuck to the quoted price even when the job took longer than originally expected. I will definitely be calling on him for any future work.
