They were by far the most responsive firm I contacted. They came out and met with me and were really thoughtful about their recommendations for general pool maintenance and repairs I needed. That is, if they felt something was not worth fixing at this point they said, "don't waste your money -- wait until we do a bigger restoration. It won't hurt anything to wait." That was really helpful. I was away all summer and didn't have to worry about any of the work as they kept me informed regularly with calls and emails. I was pleasantly surprised.

Depends on which crew visits although most of the time, the service is excellent. I've used them for several years now and customer service is improving every year. I would recommend them for sure.
