Dave kept us "in the loop" of what he was doing, explained &/or showed us what and why (in the case of needing additional support and reinforcement where it was lacking originally). He showed up when he said he would be here, finished in a timely manner, and cleaned up after he and his crew were done and had the old materials hauled away.

He showed up on time and did a really good job. He cleaned up well. They were polite and did excellent work. We don't have any complaints. He did a deck for us last summer and the charge was $15,000. He will be doing some more work in the spring.
