Chris arrived on time, and tuned my old upright piano that hadn't been played in about 20 years. He looked up details about my piano on his app and I loved finding out that it was 115 years old, one of the first 100 pianos made by the manufacturer -- who is no longer in business. Very satisfied. Will use again.

Our piano had not been tuned in about 10 years.  We used email to communicate -- no phone tag.  He arrived when he said he would, was very pleasant, and did a great job on the piano.  We'll use him again.

The low end of my piano has never sounded better. The improvement was noticeable over other tuning/repair services we have used in the past, and Chris really doesn't nickel and dime you. His referral program offers great savings opportunities for loyal customers as well.

Chris did a great job tuning the upright piano we snagged off Craigslist. It was definitely in need of some love and now it sounds just right. He also fixed a key that was previously muted. Oh, and he found a McDonald's gift card inside the piano which ended up having $5 on it. Piano tuning and free cheeseburgers? Yes please.

CJ's Piano's was referred to us by the studio where my son is taking music lessons so we received a discount for the first service, usually $135. Excellent job. We would definitely use him again and recommend him to others.

C. J. tuned an antique upright piano in our home. The piano hadn't been tuned in at least 10 years and had some unusual features, including a sound damper. He did an excellent job at a reasonable price. I would definitely use him again.

He arrived on time, after confirming directions with me. He started immediatly to look over the piano; then disassembled it and proceeded to tune each key. After chatting a bit about my next plans for the piano, he suggested that I have further service, as there is a delay in the hammers hitting keys after the keys are struck. I told him I'd consider this because I'm going to give the piano to my daughter. There was no pressure on his part to do this right away, He provided the price to cover the additional service for my consideration. He played the piano to confirm the sound was as intended. He provided the construction date of the instrument, which I wanted to know based on my plans. He was very personable and polite, and I will recommend him to my friends.
