Berwyn Shower & Glass

Great service. Called in morning and they came same day. Measured and ordered glass. Returned and installed. The tech they sent could not have been nicer. Great company. Will definitely use them again.

ound the bracketsWe have used Berwyn glass to do three frameless shower glass enclosures with Shower Guard technology. They are one of only a few authorized dealers for Shower Guard in the Philly area. The product is amazing. We did our first bathroom remodel in 2006 band installed Shower Guard glass and it is as clear today as the day it was installed despite 2-3 showers per day. The guys at Berwyn Glass are excellent. Jamie is very customer oriented. They most recently did a shower for us in early July. When I tested the water tightness there were two minor water leaks around the brackets holding the glass to the shower threshold. I called Jamie and he came out the next day and re-caulked the entire shower to ensure it was water tight. We buy all our glass needs from Berwyn Glass (table tops etc) and couldn't be happier with their service. We will definitely continue to use them and recommend them highly.

Overall the job Berwyn Glass did was good but the owner really needs to go to charm school. For the Angie's List question and quot;would you use them againand quot; I answered yes but I also might shop around first because the owner was, I thought, very surly bordering on rude. The final product, however, did come out good.

Berwyn Glass did a great job replacing the glass on my coffee table. They were excellent at both taking accurate measurements and providing a and quot;good-as-newand quot; finished product. The price was right; the service was speedy, and the glass looks fabulous on my table. They also were very courteous and helpful in carrying the coffee table into the shop and, afterwards, the table and glass back out to my car. Very good experience

I took the frame of the window in to them to have the glass replaced. After bringing it back home I was unable to get it back in the wall on my own. I contacted them and they were able to send 2 gentlemen out to get that installed for me. They were very kind and courteous. They did not charge me for the service of putting it back in for me. I was very pleased with their service.

Window was broken by a tree limb in a wind storm. Berwyn Glass came out to measure the day I called them, and had a replacement installed (the window had to be special ordered) two weeks later.

WHEN I CALLED, I WAS PROMISED THAT SOMEONE WOULD GET IN TOUCH WITH ME WITHIN A WEEK. HOWEVER, SOMEONE WAS SENT OUT TO REPLACE THE WINDOW PANE THAT SAME DAY. THE YOUNG MAN WAS COURTEOUS,PROFESSIONAL, AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB.

WE NEEDED TO PESTER THEM TO GET THEM TO COME OUT AND MEASURE FOR THE REPLACEMENT WINDOW, BUT ONCE THEY DID THEY WERE PROMPT IN INSTALLING. THE PRICE WOUND UP LOWER THAN THE ORIGINAL ESTIMATE.
