Overall, we were very pleased with the quality of the work. He was good about responding to weather delays and re-scheduling due to weather, which he had no control over. He arrived promptly, as promised, and got to work. The quality of the painting itself was excellent, and both he and his brother were engaging. They offered to clean up after themselves, and were in and out in a day, which was great. The only issue we had was, believe it or not, getting a receipt. I requested one when they completed the job and I paid immediately, and Ron indicated he would email me one. When one was not forthcoming after several days, I called and left him a voicemail requesting one again. That was a week ago or more and still no response. Not sure why. We will probably use him again if we need more painting done, but will insist on a receipt before payment next time.

Agostinelli Brothers painted our first floor living room, dining room, hallway, and ceiling.
They were very professional and did an excellent job. Ron and his crew paid attention to
every detail. They prepared the walls for painting and fixed all the cracks and
other imperfections so that the final paint job would look great. Ron was
very concerned about our satisfaction and went the extra mile to make sure we
were satisfied from start to finish. We are very happy with the paint job
and will definitely be using them in the future.

Ron and his team were prompt and efficient. They began at 7:30 am and cleaned up at the end of each day. They boxed the paint for uniform color. He also used a product that made it possible to paint over laminate covered built-in shelving. The wall repairs are invisible and the cutting in edges are perfect. I'm very picky about perfect edges. Ron is trustworthy and stands by his work. My family has used him for numerous projects in the last 10 years and we will be hiring him again for exterior painting of our deck and garage doors. He offers the most competitive prices in the area. My husband and I are so happy with Ron's value and service that we no longer do any painting ourselves.

Overall, it appeared to have gone well. After they left, I went upstairs to start putting the rooms back in order. That's when I discovered that the curtain rod had been sat on. Additionally, the back of the bookshelf had been knocked off and was on the floor leaning against the bookshelf. When I went downstairs, I saw that the left side of the door frame to the dining room hadn't been painted. That's also when I saw beige paint on the white dining room ceiling, white kitchen ceiling, and white divider. The dining room was the last room to be painted. After that was the discovery of white spatters on my hutch, dry sink and pergo floor. I took photos of everything! There are too many more problems with this provider to list them all. When I called him about the problems, it took 3 weeks to get a response! He never showed on the day HE chose and I haven't heard from him since. I had also paid him to replace the weatherstripping on the garage door. He didn't do that either.
