I brought a Sony camcorder to Rich Gervasi to get repaired. The screen was dark. He "repaired" it by installing a new lens. When I got the camcorder home and tried to use it the focus was poor at distance; completely blurred. I called Rich and he admitted that he did not have the jig to properly adjust the lens. I told him I wanted a full refund because the camcorder was not fixed and he didn't even possess the proper tools to repair it. I returned the camera to Ace for a second look. When I went back it was still not repaired properly. When I demanded a full refund again he said "Now you are going to make me angry". He gave me my camera and said he wasn't going to charge me to look at it again. I asked him for a business card because I didn't remember his last name. He replied "Why?" I told him because I never got one. He said "I don't like your attitude on my property". I departed from his property with my camera. In my opinion, this business owner did not repair my camcorder and is potentially violent. The incredible part is that he admitted to not having the correct tools for a proper repair then he still refused to give me a refund. Complete waste of $110.

Samsung sent this vendor out to remove protective plastic that was stuck in the bezel of my new television. They proceeded to use a screwdriver, a razor blade and god knows what else to get the plastic out. (that was only what I saw)

He scratched the entire left side of the bezel beyond repair to remove the plastic and then acted as if the scratches had been there in the first place while he and his wife basically ran out of the house while I was looking at the damage! I had two other cabinet vendors here that witnessed the whole thing.

Terrible attitude and service; filed complaint with Samsung. Beware -- if they can't perform the most basic service, god knows what would happen if they actually had to touch the inside of your TV.
