The window washer was a very nice guy. But, what a terrible job he did. He was here about 5 hours and smeared all of my windows. They actually looked better before he cleaned them. Since it was late in the day we could not see the windows anymore that he was cleaning. I contacted him the following day and he agreed to come back to redo them. He called in sick the day he was supposed to be here. Then, he told me he still wanted to try and clean them, so we agreed upon the following week. He literally forgot about the appointment we had scheduled. About 45 minutes after he was scheduled to arrive, I texted him and asked where he was and he said “I totally forgot to text you.” He then said he could come out later in the week, which would have put him once again doing windows in the dark. I paid him cash for my smeared windows.
