Mike from Roto Rooter came on schedule and within a couple of hours had the pipe cleared. We used someone else back in the spring when we first had this problem and then it backed into our house and busted the old pipes in our basement. They replaced the pipes and said the clog was cleared. Mike was pulling out the same stuff the first guys pulled out. The first guys just cleared what they had to and did not fully clear the clog.

The person named Bob T did the work and was very professional and courtesy.. He explained everything and at the end there was a glitch and he came straight back and took care of it... Which was very thankful..

The plumber came within an hour and a half, gave the estimate and did the work, even found a gas leak next to the furnace! However, they are very pricey.

Tropical storm Lee overwhelmed faulty sump pump. RR RESPONDED QUICKLY and repaired and installed pump while in water over our boots.

I had a toilet that was leaking around the seal when we moved into the house. I had replaced the seal and things were working fine. about six months later the toilet started to leak again. I wanted a professional opinion about what might need done. The service man came out and inspected the work i had done and replaced the seal again.

He said i had done the right thing to begin with, but having a three year old push on the toilet does tend to cause the lifetime of a wax seal to go down. I was impressed with their punctuality, responsiveness and professionalism; particularly because they could easily have tried to sell me work that didn't need done. I thought the price was a little high for the work they did, but not for the advice they gave along with it.

I've called them many times and they fixed things more than once.

I would use them again in the future.

Very well! Had a clogged drain, completed the online form for the company to contact me. About an hour later, they called me and scheduled the technician to come to my house. The technician scheduled to come about 30 minutes post phone call. The technician arrived at my house, cleared the drain, cleaned up after himself. The man was very pleasant and provided many tips for the future. The service came with a 6 month warranty. I was very pleased with the service. Sort of shocked at the cost, but had no other alternatives.
