Amazingly! Tyler was great and he was really brave to get up on the ladder to the second story of our house. He went above and beyond to help us an was masked up and safe the entire time. The process working with Zoom was easy, they made it easy. From texting a picture and bio of the technician to following up afterwards, and scheduling was a breeze. Thank you!

The Zoom Drain company scheduled a window of time and called before coming out. Josh, my technician, was very professional in every way. He expertly diagnosed and fixed the problem of a clogged downspout drain. I asked him about other issues and he gave me good advice on how to prevent problems with my exterior drains. This was a great experience and I will use Zoom Drain for any future drain needs.

it was great . i searched on angies they matched me and zoom drain called right away. the gentleman who i spoke to explained how they worked . no extra xharge for emergency. he gave me a window between 2 and 6 at 230 john called and said they would be there in a half hour. Josh the technican was great he came in assesd thwn told us qhat was wrong a main sewer clog. he showed us the flat rate for cleaning we had 2 options . we choose and he got to work quick and efficient. he didnt even mind my dog who kept following him once he was done he checked all the drains to make aure they worked then did took the payment. overall the experience qas great and not as expensive as i thought . i will definitely use them again.
