Our family hired Z Brothers to build a third floor on our existing 2-story row home in downtown Philly. Raul was easy to work with, transparent and realistic when we first approached him with our project. Once construction began until final inspection, Z Brothers worked quickly, efficiently. Throughout the build Raul was quick to consult us with questions and needs, and provided honest and fair estimates of labor and time. With Z. Brothers we found a rarity in contracted construction: easy to work with, quality work, on time, and most importantly, on budget. It's been a year since our project was complete, and Raul continues to be a first contact for us with questions about our home. We are very satisfied with our new third floor, and will certainly be working with Z. Brothers for whatever our next project is in the future.

This company has done so many projects in my home,I can't begin to count. Major renovations. A third floor addition. Tiles in many rooms on floor and walls . Electric. Plumbing., painting. Anytime I had some one else do even something small I had to have it fixed by Z brothers. Family owned. And what a great family. I wouldn't hesitate to call them for anything you need done. Right now they are building me a bookcase.
