We had siding, windows and doors installed during the summer of 2020. The install was a nightmare. My "lifetime" warranty doesn't appear to exist because no one at the company will call me back regarding the failing siding, window and back door.

Terrible customer support. Really terrible. Our siding was done while there was snow on the ground, and our yard was filled with nails and sharp pieces of metal everywhere. Jackie does not return our phone calls. We've been waiting over a month for 2 screens to be replaced. There's a small section of siding that was never finished, and at this point I don't believe they intend to fix it. As a customer, I feel ignored and cheated by Yeureka. We've been reasonable far beyond what is reasonable. As a family we spent hours doing the cleanup. Getting windows and siding done was over $60k. You'd think that for so much money there would be a level of post-service professionalism to match. Never give this company your business. Never.

The front of my house gets a lot of direct sunlight but since I have a standard door with no glass, none of that light would come into the house. My existing door is in good shape so I didn't need a new door. After doing some research I discovered that Yeureka can cut out an opening in my existing door to add new decorative door glass to it. I love the way it looks now, all that sunlight is shining through, and the colored glass is really attractive.

I NEEDED A NEW FRONT DOOR THIS YEAR BECAUSE MY SOLID WOOD DOOR IS OVER SIZED AND WOULD COST TOO MUCH TO BUY. I ATTENDED THE 2016 PHILADELPHIA HOME SHOW THIS PAST FEBRUARY AND THE YEUREKA CORPORATION WAS THERE ON DISPLAY. WE NEEDED A NEW DOOR THAT HAD A GLASS WINDOW BECAUSE IT WAS TOO DARK IN OUR FRONT LIVING ROOM AND WE ONLY HAD A PEEP HOLE TO MONITOR ANY ONE FROM THE PORCH. INCLUDING LABOR THE SIZE OF THE NEW DOOR WOULD COST OVER THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS! MR. KRIKOR YEREMAN WHO OWNS YEUREKA WAS THERE AND TOLD ME IT WOULD BE FOOLISH TO SPEND THAT MUCH MONEY WHEN HE COULD MODIFY THE DOOR AT A FRACTION OF THE COST! MR. YEREMAN CAME TO MY HOUSE , CONFIRMED THE FIELD MEASUREMENT OF THE DOOR AND HE PROVIDED A CATALOG OF THE GLASS INSERTS THAT WERE AVAILABLE, WE PICKED OUT A STYLE, BOUGHT IT, AND HE INSTALLED IT IN LESS THAN FOUR HOURS AT LESS THAN A THIRD OF THE COST FOR A BRAND NEW DOOR. I UNDERSTAND THAT YEUREKA HAS ADDED A LINE OF WINDOWS TO HIS LINEUP OF PRODUCTS SINCE THE MOST RECENT HOME SHOW. I AM MORE THAN PLEASED WITH MY "NEW " DOOR !

The whole process was smooth from start to finish. The representative was very knowledgeable about the product, and the installer was very skilled.

Overall great experience. Many options to choose from. In the end, we went with a triple pane insulated glass that gives us privacy, but is aesthetically pleasing.
