Sealant for Roof - Apply
I strongly advise against hiring Yeatts Roofing. They performed roof waterproofing work at my property and provided a 15-year warranty. Unfortunately, when problems developed, they repeatedly failed to honor that warranty.
I contacted them multiple times, and each time they promised to come and make the repairs. However, they never followed through. I have been given excuse after excuse, along with false promises about scheduling. This pattern of unresponsiveness and dishonesty has gone on for months, leaving my roof issues unresolved.
A warranty is only as good as the company behind it, and in my experience, Yeatts Roofing does not stand behind theirs. Save yourself the frustration and choose a roofing company that is reliable, professional, and committed to honoring their work.
Stay away from them even if they offer to do the work for free.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND YEATTS ROOFING! My wife and l had Yeatts Roofing repair and guarantee the work for 15 years. After four months the leak is back and Phil Yeatts is no where to be found. Phil did answer my text at first but he is now completely avoiding me. Phil is a nice guy, well at least l thought, but work, customer service, and follow through are lacking!
