Kilian's was very efficient in getting my legacy Electrolux vacuum cleaner working again. I brought it in that morning and got a call in the afternoon that it was ready to be picked up. It was certainly cheaper than having to replace a vacuum cleaner that my mother gave me when I moved out on my own.

Their price was reasonable. They repaired the vacuum cleaner. They were very reliable. They were prompt. They did a good work.

For years and years I have leaned on them because they have products that are difficult to come by. They have a wonderful staff that is very knowledgeable. They have experts on many different areas. I absolutely love this store! If you have a problem that they can't solve they are happy to refer you to some one who may be able to solve it for you. They are terrific!

A few days after buying a house, my fiance and I had a number of little improvements needed. The guy at Killian's Hardware was a knowledgeable and helpful guide. He had a lot of patience for my lack of experience and never pushed a sale. Plus, they seemed to have a little of everything there. Now, the bookshelves are more stable, the box springs made it to the second floor after some sawing, the stools we bought are painted, and we're excited to go back to this store when we have more projects.

A great hardware store, but I won't take lighting there again. I dropped off my lights at the beginning of August, heard nothing for 6 weeks, called in mid-September to be told that they weren't quite finished. When I finally picked up my lights, one was slightly chipped and missing a light sleeve; also, Kilian's provided the minimum amount of chain.

Mike can always tell you more about paint that you could possibly absorb. He can explain in total detail (if you want) or he can just give you a brief explanation. They carry high quality paint, however if he thinks you should use something they don't carry he will let you know if it is a good option that you could get elsewhere. Family run business that I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone. They carry very high quality, nice items.
