House Cleaning
I was in touch by email with the owner of this business and we agreed she would send someone to mt place to clean on Septrmner 12. On August 11, I was contacted about an appointment for someone to come by to clean the next day. I realized the company must have gotten the month wrong in its system and told the cleaning woman not to come because no one would be home. I alerted the company and heard nothing back yet no one showed on September 12. I was charged nevertheless. I am now seeking a refund. I have tried repeatedly to get in touch with the company 's owner but she doesn't return my calls or emails.
